Your Role: Remote Customer Service Representative
blithequark is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Success team. As a key member of this team, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch support and consultation to both potential and existing parent-clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop scalable systems and processes that enhance the overall customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed in a timely and effective manner.
 - Foster long-lasting, positive relationships with parents and students by delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction.
 - Address parent queries and concerns via WeChat, email, and phone calls, providing support and consultation to meet their needs effectively.
 - Act as the go-to resource for potential customers, answering questions and offering support and consultation to facilitate their journey.
 
Work Schedule:
The ideal candidate will be available to work 30-40 hours per week on a full-time contract basis, with a fixed schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time).
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous customer service or customer-facing experience, which is highly desirable.
 - A passion for learning and a proactive approach to tackling challenges within a team environment.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be friendly, attentive, and adept at understanding customer needs.
 - Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, with the ability to be quick and clear in communication.
 - Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for this role.
