We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, and updating shipping information
  • Monitor and verify that orders are shipped correctly and in a timely manner across various platforms and channels
  • Log all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records
  • Multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Perform other customer support-related tasks and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • Possess excellent computer knowledge and usability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a tactful and professional manner
  • Be able to manage your time effectively while multi-tasking and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Type at least 50 WPM, with a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail operations
  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as ticketing systems and CRM software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
