Key Responsibilities
- Learn the blithequark software product inside and out, and start answering customer support questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Help write and maintain the help center documentation, ensuring that customers have access to clear and concise information about the platform.
- Test the product and report any issues or bugs you encounter, providing valuable feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate with the founder to refine the customer support process and identify areas for improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent, native-like English: You'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English, so it's essential that you have a high level of proficiency in the language.
- Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and online course platforms: Experience with similar products or industries is highly desirable, as it will help you understand the nuances of the blithequark platform.
- Basic understanding of DNS: Knowledge of DNS concepts, including setting up DNS records using CNAME and CAA, is a significant plus.

Work Schedule and Availability
You'll be expected to work 8 hours a day, with a flexible schedule that can be adjusted to suit your needs. However, you must be available to work most of your hours during the morning and afternoon in your timezone. Additionally, you'll be required to be available during certain peak periods, including:
- December 22nd to the first week of January.
- Mid-July to mid-August.
Outside of these periods, you'll be entitled to 20 days of leave per year.
