Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, meeting client turnaround times and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Navigating efficiently through our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Differentiating between various claim types and following established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identifying specific document types that require special handling and processing them accordingly.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times and maintaining a high level of quality.

Schedule and Hours

The ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule between 8am - 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday, with a total of 34 hours per week.

Assessment and Selection Process

If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment, demonstrating a minimum speed of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate.
