Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues, troubleshooting problems and offering solutions.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Deliver expert customer experiences, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A recent Ultimate Medical Academy graduation certificate.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical-related field.
- A high school diploma or GED; some positions may require an associate degree or higher and/or a 2-year medical certification.
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a smartphone.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools.
