About the Role

- Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical expertise is required.
- Deliver best-in-class service experiences, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries regarding insurance, copays, and shipping needs, providing clear and concise guidance.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
