Your Role As A Verizon Customer Service Representative:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and solutions tailored to their wireless and telecom needs throughout the sales process
• Present and promote new products, services, and promotions to drive account sales and customer satisfaction
• Build lasting relationships through in-person client interactions and strategic follow-ups
• Identify opportunities for account upgrades, add-ons, and service changes that benefit the customer and help bolster sales revenue
• Collaborate with other Verizon Customer Service Representatives and the sales team to develop and implement local market campaigns
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals related to client retention, sales growth, and service excellence
To Be Our Next Verizon Customer Service Representative, You Have:
• A high school diploma or its GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales-focused, retail, or hospitality field is desirable
• Confident communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
• Drive and ambition to achieve goals and solve problems for customers
• An adaptable and eager-to-learn mindset in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfort with face-to-face interactions and building trust quickly
