Technical Support Representative
                                Verizon is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team of dedicated customer service professionals. We’re looking for a passionate individual with a commitment to excellence and the ability to provide technical assistance to Verizon customers. The Technical Support Representative will need to be an excellent communicator, able to quickly and accurately assess customer needs and provide solutions. If you’re a customer service enthusiast with a background in IT and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities of a Technical Support Representative:
Provide technical assistance to Verizon customers.
Quickly and accurately assess customer needs.
Provide timely, effective solutions to customer inquiries.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon products and services.
Monitor and document customer interactions in a CRM system.
Collaborate with other customer service teams to improve customer service.
Assist in training and onboarding new customer service representatives.
Suggest updates and improvements to existing customer service systems and processes.
