This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of onsite and remote work, with 3 days spent collaborating with our team at our office and 2 days working remotely.
Job Overview
In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via multiple channels. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales professionals, field representatives, and managers to ensure seamless issue resolution and provide tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers and sales professionals to address product, service, and problem resolution inquiries
 - Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners in a timely and professional manner
 - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized support and solutions
 - Collaborate with team members to seek assistance when necessary, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
 - Recommend solutions for customers independently, as well as in conjunction with field representatives or managers
 - Perform basic item look-up/sourcing and order placement, either independently or with assistance from our Field Sourcing team
 - Enter orders, track order status, and follow up on open orders to ensure timely and successful delivery
 - Manage and track back orders, request credits, and process returns in a timely manner
 - Maintain accurate records of delivery status and order source tracking to ensure seamless and on-time delivery
 
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, including a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as experience in customer service, preferably in a phone and email environment. You should be detail-oriented, with intermediate-level skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus. Additionally, you should possess strong time management skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve basic issues independently or with assistance from peers.
