Early Childhood Educator for Virtual Play Activity (Children 2-6 years old, Group)

Child Well-being Activity – Teacher/Pedagogue / Recreational Activities Specialist Context: We are organizing a group well-being activity for the children of employees, focused on play and learning in a virtual space. We are looking for someone with training in pedagogy, early childhood education, or recreation to design and lead a fun, creative, and participatory experience. Participants: Group of children of employees, ranging in age from 2 years and 7 months to 6 years. Objective of the activity: -To offer a space for play, fun, and learning that engages all participants. -To design group activities adapted to the different ages within the range. -To encourage creativity, interaction, and socialization among children. -To provide a moment of well-being for families as well, by integrating their children into an enriching experience. ✅ Desired profile: - Teacher, early childhood educator, or specialist in recreational activities for children. - Proven experience managing children in virtual groups. - Ability to design engaging dynamics that work in an online environment. - Empathy, patience, and communication skills with both children and parents. -Advanced Spanish Requirements: Modality: Virtual group sessions.
