About the position
Responsibilities
• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate actions.
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process.
• Handle claims in accordance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability property damage claims using analytical skills.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with claims and business software.
