Key Responsibilities As a Freight Logistics Coordinator at DHL, your key responsibilities will include: • Operating powered equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations. • Loading products onto equipment, pallets, or totes, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency to meet customer demands. • Organizing and retrieving products for shipment or storage, adhering to customer orders and specifications to ensure precise outgoing shipments. • Scrutinizing product quality, labeling, and quantities against customer orders to ensure precise outgoing shipments and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Monitoring and replacing equipment batteries or LP tanks, overseeing power supply as needed for continuous operations and minimizing downtime. • Identifying and documenting discrepancies such as unavailable products or overages, managing OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) items accordingly to maintain inventory accuracy. • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment, conducting daily inspections to uphold safety and operational standards and ensuring a safe working environment. • Supporting physical inventory processes, participating in cycle counts and audits as required to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
