About the Role: BAR Tutor
As a BAR Tutor with Kaplan, you'll be part of our esteemed Bar team, playing a crucial role in guiding students through their bar exam preparation. Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Student Support: Assess student strengths and weaknesses to develop tailored plans for success, providing study strategies, feedback, and skill-building exercises.
 - Expert Guidance: Answer student queries on substantive law, study skills, writing skills, and test-taking strategies, utilizing your expertise to clarify complex concepts.
 - Adaptive Instruction: Adjust your teaching approach based on student understanding, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to excel.
 - Motivational Support: Engage and motivate students, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages growth and confidence.
 
Essential Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD Degree): A JD Degree is a fundamental requirement, ensuring that you possess a deep understanding of legal principles and practices.
 - Teaching/Tutoring Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience is required, with a proven track record of helping students achieve their goals.
 - Bar Exam Expertise: You should have comprehensive knowledge of bar exam content and strategies, particularly in relation to the written and/or Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) components.
