Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to retirement services customers via phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
 - Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and deliver personalized service, engaging more knowledgeable team members as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
 - Leverage multiple systems and technologies to research and locate information, ensuring accurate and complete responses to customer inquiries.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional departments to obtain and provide necessary information, resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
 - Document customer interactions and associated actions, following up on outstanding items in a timely manner to ensure seamless service.
 - Develop and maintain a basic understanding of retirement products, procedures, and systems, staying up-to-date on industry developments and company offerings.
 - Achieve departmental metrics and expectations, contributing to the team's overall performance and success.
 - Participate in a team-based environment, working collaboratively to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
 - One year of call center or customer service experience, or financial services industry experience, showcasing a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
 - Proficiency in MS Office tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of retirement products, such as 401(k), IRA, and 403(b), demonstrating a familiarity with industry-specific products and services.
 - Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously, showcasing technical skills and adaptability.
 - Previous work-from-home experience, highlighting your ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
 - Financial industry experience, providing a deeper understanding of the industry and its complexities.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position generally ranges between $33,280 and $41,600 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 6% based on company performance and individual achievements.
