About the Role: Inbound Customer Service Agent - Appliance Delivery
We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Appliance Delivery Specialist. In this remote role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries about major appliance deliveries. This is a full-time, temporary work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls regarding appliance deliveries, providing accurate and helpful information to address their concerns.
 - Utilize Windows-based programs and internal applications to access customer information, schedule deliveries, and resolve post-delivery issues.
 - Offer alternative resolutions to customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in our brand.
 - Collaborate with Store Associates, Call Center Associates, and other internal teams to support the delivery process and ensure seamless customer experiences.
 - Advocate on behalf of customers to resolve issues and provide satisfactory outcomes, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
 - Meet all work schedule demands and obligations, adhering to company values, processes, and policies.
 
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
 - 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
 - Strong typing and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple online applications efficiently.
 - Exceptional organizational skills, with effective time management and prioritization abilities.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
 - Familiarity with appliance delivery processes and procedures.
 - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to diffuse difficult situations and achieve satisfactory outcomes.

 - A reliable local internet provider (no satellite or DSL connections allowed due to security concerns).
