About the Role

As a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative, you'll be the frontline representative of our company, handling high volumes of inbound customer calls, and ensuring a seamless handoff process to our licensed sales agents. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be required to follow our scripting and rebuttals verbatim to guide every customer interaction. This is a full-time, remote position, working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Engage with customers for 2-4 minutes, gathering necessary information before transferring the call to a licensed sales agent.
  • Ensure a seamless transfer process, dropping off the call after the transfer is complete, and moving to the next call.
  • Strictly adhere to the provided scripting and rebuttals to guide every customer interaction, ensuring consistent results.
  • Maintain a call transfer rate of 6 calls per hour and achieve an 80% billable call success rate, meeting daily performance targets.
  • Consistently meet daily performance targets of at least 35 billable calls per 8-hour shift, with opportunities to earn commission.
  • Adhere to company policies for attendance and performance, ensuring a high level of reliability and accountability.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Training Pay: $8 per hour for one week of paid training, ensuring you're equipped to succeed in your role.
  • Base Pay: $14 per hour after training completion, with opportunities to earn commission.
  • Commission: Earn up to 2% commission on billable calls, with top performers consistently achieving over 50 billable calls per day.
  • Health Insurance: Available the first of the month after 60 days of employment via an ICHRA stipend, with varying stipend amounts based on age.
  • Other Benefits: Paid sick time, $30/month internet and equipment stipend, and up to 4 weeks of unpaid vacation per year with prior approval.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Equipment: A Windows-based computer (Windows 10 or above, less than 2 years old), a wired internet connection, a high-quality headset, and a proper work-from-home setup free of distractions.
  • Technical Specifications: Reliable, high-speed internet connection, and personal responsibility for equipment upkeep and replacement.
  • Work Environment: A quiet and professional home office setting, with the ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with consistent attendance.
  • Performance Standards: Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to achieve at least 32 billable calls per day to maintain employment.
