Job Overview
As an Inbound Phone Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking senior care solutions, providing an exceptional experience that aligns with our company mission. Working remotely from your home office, you'll take inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth initial consultation calls to educate families on customized senior care options. Your goal will be to match families with the best senior living communities and home care providers, ultimately driving move-ins and delivering a great family experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned with our company mission.
 - Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence.
 - Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families to understand their needs and preferences.
 - Educate families on customized senior care options, including home care, independent living, memory care, and assisted living.
 - Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers, referring families out to communities and scheduling tours to drive move-ins.
 
Success Metrics and Expectations
Your success will be measured by reaching daily production benchmarks, including inbound calls and outbound return calls. As a Welcome Advisor, you'll be expected to be empathetic to families' situations and deliver a great family experience, driving referrals and ultimately move-ins.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center environments.
 - A proven history of exceeding sales targets and demonstrating a strong sales acumen.
 - The ability to multitask, simultaneously talking on the phone and taking notes on the computer.
 - Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate our internal CRM system.
 - Successful completion of our new hire training program.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the senior care industry or a related field.
 - A background in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and senior care providers.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary of $45,760 ($22.00 per hour).
 - On-target earnings of $74,000, with an uncapped variable bonus structure.
