 - Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and case details in our firm's case management system, ensuring confidentiality and integrity throughout all interactions.
 - Assist in scheduling appointments and consultations between clients and attorneys, as well as conducting follow-up calls to gather additional information or answer any questions.
 - Provide clients with basic information about legal procedures and our firm's services, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring client satisfaction.
 - Perform other duties as assigned by management, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Intake Specialist or in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
 - Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients in both English and Spanish.
 - A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in administrative tasks and case management.
 
In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience working with case management software and Microsoft Suite, as well as other relevant tools and technologies.
 - A strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, with the ability to provide basic information to clients.
