Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Specialist Associate, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT productivity issues, interacting with internal employees and clients to restore IT productivity. You'll document computer and system-related incidents, troubleshoot solutions, and escalate or assign follow-up work to other IT groups as needed.
