Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Client Account Manager to lead our team of Client Account Managers and drive customer success. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for directing, motivating, and supervising a team of account managers, developing success plans, and providing constructive feedback to help your team achieve their career goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support, and that our team is working efficiently and effectively to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Client Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements and product enhancements
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services, providing input and feedback from a customer perspective
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations, including sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and team performance goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing or account management position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for process improvements
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in the remote work or technology industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in this space
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, conversion, and retention
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to develop and interpret metrics and dashboards
