Job Overview


We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Lead Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts for Wholesale and Consumer Banking positions. As a consultative business partner, you will work closely with our recruiting, HR, and executive leadership teams to identify recruitment needs and develop strategic search execution plans. Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as a leadership role in Talent Acquisition, providing mentoring and coaching to recruiters and managing assigned team members

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and hiring managers to define and document hiring forecasts and develop comprehensive search strategies

  • Leverage talent intelligence and candidate insights to inform search strategies and tailor approaches to meet business needs

  • Utilize social media tools to inform recruiting campaigns and contribute to brand strategy, generating a diverse talent pipeline and building a database of talent for future opportunities

  • Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools, and manage outsourced searches and search firms to establish winning search strategies and processes

  • Lead senior-level searches across the Bank, educating hiring managers on best practices and ensuring a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies, partnering with diversity and community organizations to attract top talent from underrepresented groups

  • Stay up-to-date on current search tactics, process updates, and audit procedures, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal employment guidelines

Essential Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the banking and financial services industry

  • Strong knowledge of Wholesale (Commercial) and Consumer banking functions, with experience in leading a team and developing recruitment strategies

  • At least 3+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Excel, Applicant Tracking System, and UKG

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and proven experience working with Talent Acquisition systems and processes

  • Preferred certifications in Sourcing and Human Resources, such as CIR, SHRM

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in project management or running large projects, with a proven track record of success in building targeted diversity recruitment strategies and partnerships with diversity and community organizations

  • Advanced consultative and communication skills, with expertise in labor market trends and the ability to report on talent shortages and other industry insights

  • Strong brand and social media skills, with experience in creating and launching social media campaigns and utilizing platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed.com

  • Strong talent assessment skills, with the ability to identify top talent and develop targeted recruitment strategies

  • Proven continuous improvement and learning agility skills, with a strong aptitude for process improvement and recruiting compliance knowledge
