Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and group tutoring sessions to students enrolled in Visual Arts & Technology courses, focusing on software applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and other design, programming, and video software

 - Collaborate with faculty members to develop tutoring materials, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective tutoring strategies

Essential Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at Stevens Institute of Technology, with a minimum of 6 credits completed
 - Recipient of a Federal Work-Study award, as indicated on your Financial Aid Award Letter
 - Previous experience with art and design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere, or other relevant software applications
 - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds
 - Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide creative solutions
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of at least one 200-level Visual Arts studio course, or current enrollment in a relevant course
 - Experience with animation, design, programming, and video software, or other relevant technologies
 - Previous tutoring or teaching experience, with a strong understanding of pedagogical principles and practices
 - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
 - Familiarity with Stevens Institute of Technology's policies, procedures, and systems, including the learning management system and other relevant technologies
