About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to develop engaging training solutions for our customers and internal sales teams. As a remote member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, utilizing the latest tools and technologies to design and deliver world-class training programs. Your expertise will be essential in helping us to identify skills and knowledge gaps, develop effective instructional materials, and deploy interactive e-learning courses and training modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and determine the skills and knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to gather information, review content, and propose effective instructional design techniques
  • Develop instructional materials, including needs analysis, storyboards, eLearning modules, training videos, assessments, graphic/multimedia designs, and documentation/job aids/guides
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting deadlines, coordinating, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and deploy interactive e-learning courses and training modules, collaborating with SMEs on appropriate online teaching mechanisms
  • Develop project documentation, including e-learning and video development standards, templates, and storyboards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Instructional Design, Education, or Communications
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and developing learning interventions, with a strong background in e-learning tools, including Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline 360
  • A proven history of learning industry credibility, with up-to-date knowledge of best practices in Human Performance Technology and instructional design
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels within the organization
  • Strategic thinking and a collaborative style, with exceptional consultation skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual candidates, with fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models
