Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Academic Coaching: Work with students to identify academic goals, develop success strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
• Execute Proactive Student Outreach: Develop and implement a proactive student outreach strategy, including meetings, phone conversations, and emails, to engage with students and promote academic success.
• Assist Students in Online and On-Ground Courses: Provide academic support to students in online and on-ground courses, including specific content areas, as needed.
• Uphold Academic Integrity: Ensure that all academic coaching and support services are provided in accordance with Workwarp's policies and procedures, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Faculty and Staff: Work closely with faculty and staff to identify students who may be at risk of academic difficulty and develop strategies to support their success.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Science, Math, English, or a medical-related discipline from an institution accredited by a recognized U.S. accrediting agency.
• Teaching/Tutoring Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching or tutoring, with a strong understanding of online research protocols and learning management systems, preferably Canvas.
• Knowledge of APA Format: Familiarity with APA format and citation guidelines.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree: A master's degree in Education, Psychology, Science, Math, English, or a medical-related discipline.
• Experience with Online Learning: Experience working with online learning platforms and technologies.
• Student Support Services: Experience providing student support services, such as academic advising, counseling, or tutoring.
