About Membership Portfolio Services and Amex Offers

Membership Portfolio Services is a key part of our U.S. Consumer Services Team, responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that connect Card Members with Merchants. Amex Offers is one of these businesses, a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants, Advertisers, and brands with our tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. Launched in 2012, Amex Offers has become a leading platform for advertisers to reach high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express.

Job Summary

As a Manager, Amex Offers Capabilities, you'll be responsible for setting the framework for Amex Offers' 3rd party partner growth and implementing new or growing existing capabilities such as SKU offers. You'll report to the Director of Amex Offers Global Capabilities and work closely with various teams across the enterprise, including product development, engineering, analytics, and strategy teams. Your goal will be to drive business growth and expansion through scalable 3rd party partnerships and by activating new features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and assess new capability partnerships and partner with teams to test and grow capability expansion opportunities * Lead the vision for item-level (SKU) offers, including partnerships, capabilities, and framework for pilots * Lead business requirements for specific Amex Offers features and tools * Opportunity sizing: Assess whitespace ideas and create business case proposals and justifications for new features or partnerships * Partnership Management: Develop relationships with external partners and identify growth opportunities that align with the partner and Amex goals * Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally to identify and define opportunities and communicate requirements, timelines, and launch plans accordingly * International Rollout: As part of the Global Center of Excellence, manage requests and enhancements for core global markets and assist with product rollouts in these markets

Essential Qualifications

* Experience working on a Loyalty product, Card-linked Offers product, or an Advertising product * Comfortable navigating in whitespace, researching and assessing competitive landscapes, and building business proposals and frameworks * Experience taking a strategy or framework and launching pilot projects or products, and know-how in establishing initial KPIs and other measures of success * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (and time-zones) across the US, EMEA, APAC, and more * Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to achieve outcomes * Ability to manage multiple business and technology workstreams, as well as strong organizational skills necessary to do so * Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity and rapid change

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in digital advertising, marketing, or a related field * Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, ad tech, and marketing automation * Experience with data analysis and insights, and ability to drive business decisions with data * Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and analytics

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Manager, Amex Offers Capabilities, you'll be eligible for: * A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $155,000 annually * A bonus incentive program * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits * A 401(k) plan with a 6% company match * Free financial coaching and financial well-being support * Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid, onsite, or virtual options
