About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager-Paid Search Activation & Enablement to lead our Enterprise Performance Channel Enablement team. As a key member of our Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions team, you'll play a critical role in developing world-class digital products, capabilities, and marketing programs that drive performance marketing growth across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ownership of PPC Campaign Execution: You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of PPC campaigns, from setup to optimization, and measured against the achievement of targets, with a focus on improving key metrics throughout the funnel.
  • Lead and Develop a Team of PPC Subject Matter Experts: You'll lead and develop a team of 1-2 PPC subject matter experts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • SEM Strategy and Innovation: You'll own the SEM strategy, including innovation of campaign structures, keyword management, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation.
  • Collaboration with Channel Analytics and Marketing Teams: You'll partner closely with Channel Analytics and Marketing teams to develop a robust testing program and customer-centric approach to incrementally improve performance and scale of program.
  • Search Roadmaps and Marketing Priorities: You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop search roadmaps that support both marketing priorities and channel best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: You'll regularly monitor and analyze performance, making use of analytical data and insights available to make recommendations for strategic business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: You'll present strategies, plans, and channel performance to senior stakeholders in the marketing team and other central teams.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: You'll build strong partnerships with Product teams, CXO teams, and external agency partners to ensure our channel program considers the entire prospect journey and is optimized accordingly.
  • Staying Ahead of Digital Trends: You'll monitor internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve the program and maintain competitive advantage.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record of Delivering Results: You have a proven track record of delivering results and project management, leading projects from conception through implementation.
  • Paid Search Activation Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in paid search activation, specifically with Google and Bing.
  • Google Adwords Certification: You hold a Google Adwords Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree: You have a Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, depending on experience and location.
