Sr Manager Enterprise Portfolio Mgmt
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborates with executive business partners to facilitate program roadmap development and ongoing evaluation.
• Validates and synthesizes portfolio performance for executive audiences, identifying and highlighting risks/mitigations and opportunities.
• Identify and manage critical interdependencies, determine areas of risk, and provide portfolio leadership.
• Support prioritization and track progress against objectives.
• Leads implementation of ongoing updates to long-term and annual plans.
• Partners with Transformation Office, FP&A, and business teams to ensure updates are captured in program development.
• Drive integrated portfolio planning by pulling together inputs from cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Experience presenting and reporting on integrated project plans and cost benefit analyses.
• Develops and manages practices to drive the planning process focused on transformation programs.
• Directs own team to apply critical thinking and provide subject matter expertise related to annual planning.
• Designs and facilitates working sessions for cross-functional teams and business leaders.
• Leads the Project Management Community of Practice to establish a central place for capability building.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining governance structure for strategic planning processes.
• Develops and provides mentoring to staff through onboarding, training, and performance management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management and/or Finance preferably in a strategy consulting company or equivalent position in beauty and/or a retail environment.
• Experience in strategic/management consulting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams to execute highly complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated knowledge of portfolio management, program management, change management and strategic capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of internal planning and reporting processes.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional working sessions.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Highly collaborative with track record of effective cross-functional leadership.
• Enterprise thinker with ability to 'connect the dots.'
