About the Role

From check-in to boarding, and through to the resolution of any issues that may arise during their travel, you will be there to provide assistance, answer questions, and ensure that our customers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet passengers warmly and assist them with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries they may have regarding their travel plans, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
 - Ticketing and Reservations: Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations efficiently using our reservation systems. Provide accurate and timely information on flight schedules, fares, and policies to customers.
 - Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
 - Baggage Handling: Assist with baggage check-in and retrieval, ensuring that all luggage is handled safely, efficiently, and with care.

Qualifications and Skills
