Key Responsibilities

• Teach and tutor students in-center, online, or via a hybrid delivery model using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, ensuring each student receives the attention they need.
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, adapting your teaching strategies as necessary.
• Become proficient in using digital educational materials and processes to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

• A passion for math and a desire to share this passion with students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members.

• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I, demonstrated through a math literacy test.
