Job Overview

As a Middle School ELL Math and Language Arts Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students. You'll be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, managing a student-centered classroom, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals focused on student learning and achievement. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of ELL students in Math and Language Arts.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Current Illinois Elementary Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsements in Middle School Language Arts and Middle School Bilingual Education.
  • Experience in teaching ELL students, preferably in a middle school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
