Job Overview

As a Package Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and shipping orders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work in a variety of areas, including merch, make-on-demand, customer returns, Prime Now, and general fulfillment. Your duties may include:

• Receiving and putting away inventory
• Getting customer orders ready and packing them up
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for some tasks
• Troubleshooting problems
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements
• Operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and working at heights up to 40 feet (equipment training and certification provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Demands:

• Lifting up to 49 pounds
• Pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)

• Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
• Using protective gear and following safety guidelines
