Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Creative Project Coordinator to join our marketing team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. As a Part-Time Creative Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing projects, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Intake and Scheduling: Process and schedule the intake of new work, ensuring timely initiation of projects and effective coordination with team members.
  • Marketing Asset Management: Monitor and initiate the annual review of Marketing assets, tag and organize marketing assets for easy accessibility, and perform quality control reviews.
  • Communications Calendar: Maintain a communications calendar to facilitate effective coordination and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to project teams, including setting up projects, schedules, and folders, and notifying team members to initiate work.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review and prepare various Agency activity reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Audit Activities: Support annual audit activities, including initial asset vetting and ensuring proper handling of confidential data.
  • Process Documentation: Review and update team process documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to execute, coordinate, track, and measure projects, and provide project coordination support for select efforts.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Project Management Tools: Experience with Adobe Workfront and/or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adopt new tools and technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
