Job Summary
As a Part-time HR Assistant at Workwarp, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' HR needs, from recruitment and employee onboarding to benefits administration and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, work with a diverse range of clients, and develop a deep understanding of the industry. As a part-time W2 employee, you will have the chance to become full-time in due course, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to clients, including data entry, record-keeping, and benefits administration.
 - Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding.
 - Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to promote a positive work culture.
 - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
 - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
 - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to HR-related problems.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
 - Experience: A minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience in a role related to HR assistance and administration.
 - Skills:
	
- Advanced knowledge of online tools and software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar HR systems.
 - Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
 - Experience: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
 - Skills:
	
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as ADP or Paychex.
 - Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
 - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
