Job Summary

We're looking for a part-time Inbound Contact Representative to work from home in a virtual call-center environment. As a key member of our team, you will take inbound calls from CenterWell Pharmacy members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. This is a 20-hour per week role, with shifts on Monday (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern) and Saturday (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern). Key Responsibilities

  • Work from home in a virtual call-center environment, taking inbound calls from CenterWell Pharmacy members.
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment, navigating between multiple computer applications to access member information and document calls.
  • Provide a positive experience for our members through active listening skills and effective communication.
  • Self-manage with minimal supervision, maintaining high-quality standards within established policies, practices, and guidelines.
  • Handle 20 to 40 calls per day on average, resolving complex questions and issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, OK, NC, or VA.
  • Must be available to work 20 hours per week (2 x 10-hour days).
  • Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience.
  • Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
