Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data from our Google calendar appointments into Square invoicing and respond to client email inquiries. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent typing abilities, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring that all data-related tasks are completed efficiently.
Duties
• Input and update data in various databases with high accuracy
• Perform data entry tasks including app lookup, invoicing, scheduling, email mgt
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create client activity roster
• Assist with clerical tasks as needed to support office operations
• Ensure compliance with data management policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling data
Requirements
• Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Square Invoices and general use of App's
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity
• Previous administrative experience is beneficial
