About the position

    Responsibilities
  • Develop, launch, and optimize a new product
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with market demands and compliance requirements
  • Define and translate compliance and regulatory requirements into product requirements for engineering
  • Prioritize product requirements and features on the backlog based on impact
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities as new requirements arise
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch
  • Continuously measure and analyze product performance, gathering feedback for improvements
  • Align stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, business operations, and sales
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure product usability, viability, and profitability
  • Ensure product launch and subsequent releases adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the product evangelist, communicating the product to stakeholders at all levels
    Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience in health insurance and/or employer health benefits
  • Domain experience in healthcare delivery, health plan design, health plan revenue cycle management, or health payor tech stack
  • Proven track record of developing healthcare/health tech products adhering to industry mandates like HIPAA
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, ProductBoard, Monday)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development best practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
