blithequark is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Data Entry Clerks. This is a remote position, and no prior experience is required. As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into system databases with high accuracy and efficiency
• Verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure data integrity
• Maintain confidentiality and security of data in accordance with company policies
• Update and maintain database records to ensure data is current and accurate
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
• Follow company procedures and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to achieve data entry goals and objectives
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues to management
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve data entry skills and knowledge

Requirements

• No prior experience required – we're looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Good typing speed and accuracy – we're looking for individuals who can type at least 40 words per minute
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field is an asset
• Experience working with database management systems and data entry software
