Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service. You will interact with customers, answering queries and handling complaints in a prompt and professional manner, while providing information about our products and services, making product recommendations, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales leads, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, while handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer service standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and products.
  • Experience with sales and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
