- Data Review and Correction: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output to ensure high-quality results.
- Reporting and Storage: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security.
- Document Scanning: Scan documents and print files, when required, to maintain accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (at least 40-50 words per minute).
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to ensure seamless data management.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high-quality results.
