Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution of their concerns.

Essential Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
