Job Summary
As a Customer Support Executive at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails, chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
 - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions, escalating complex problems to senior support teams as needed.
 - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications, using our CRM software to track customer interactions and analyze customer data.
 - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features, releases, and promotions to better assist customers.
 - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity targets.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide feedback and insights that drive business growth and improvement.
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and performance targets.
 - Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
 - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
 - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
 
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field, including experience with CRM software, customer service platforms, and other productivity tools.
 - Experience working in a call center or customer support environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
 - Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field, such as ITIL, HDI, or customer service certifications.
