Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior representatives when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Provide detailed information about Blithequark's products and services to customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Continuously develop knowledge of Blithequark's products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience required – we will provide comprehensive training!
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our CRM system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (not required but a plus!)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
