Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch service to our customers. In this part-time role, you will work less than 4 hours per day and be compensated on an hourly basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Assist customers in finding products, processing returns, and answering questions related to our products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided.
