Job Summary

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $15-$18 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

State Location: Utah

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the customer experience and implement process improvements
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a focus on productivity and efficiency
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or other customer-facing environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
