Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 annually, and a commitment of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Manager at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the customer support team to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Customer Service Policy Development: Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Escalation Resolution: Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on customer support metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor new customer support representatives, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
