Remote Growth Paid Media Strategist
About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement new paid media initiatives across various advertising channels.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Regularly audit and analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing to drive performance and growth.
• Make data-driven recommendations based on campaign results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement performance optimizations.
• Perform competitive gap analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Own and drive performance results to meet key performance goals.
• Support practice growth through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on paid media and paid social experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Familiarity with Local Service Ads, re-targeting, and demand generation campaigns.
• 2-3 years of project management experience.
• Experience working with third-party marketing agencies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
• Hands-on experience in building and optimizing full-funnel paid advertising campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage 25+ paid media accounts effectively.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.
Nice-to-haves
• Current Google Ads certification.
• Current Meta Ads certification.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Tableau.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
