Pay rate: $46 per hour
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Training, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management, training development, supplier engagement, or related areas.
• Hands-on SAP S/4 experience; ability to navigate the system and support troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage complex priorities.
• Highly proactive, organized, and detail oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel (10–15% expected with this role) – US based travel.
Role Overview:
• We are seeking an experienced contractor to provide project management, coordination, and training readiness support for the FTP / PTP team within the Accelerate program.
• This role will focus on cross-workstream coordination, training material development and testing, training exercise creation, supplier communications, and overall program management support leading up to the R7 go-live and projects post–R7.
• The ideal candidate will bring:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on SAP experience (someone who has been an SAP “doer” and is now transitioning into more of a PM/coordination role).
• The ability to support change management, problem solving, and readiness tracking.
• A proactive mindset to manage both internal and external stakeholder communications, including suppliers.
• This individual will act as a key partner and central coordinator for the PTP/FTP workstreams, helping to streamline tracking, communication, logistics, and training readiness across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Readiness & Development
• Partner with Business Process Owners and IT to build and refine training exercises and materials for end users.
• Finalize all FTP and PTP training content, serving as the key liaison between workstreams and central training teams.
• Test and validate training IDs: log in, troubleshoot issues, and escalate questions to appropriate team members.
• Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with global template standards, in partnership with IT solution architects.
• Support training deployment plans, including readiness tracking, feedback loops, and communication of expectations back to the FTP/PTP teams.
• Work with deployment groups to track and confirm accurate end-user role mapping across FTP and PTP roles.
• Project Management & Change Support
• Track cross-workstream deliverables, risks, and actions to ensure visibility and timely follow-up.
• Develop trackers, reports, and status updates to support program milestones.
• Support change management and problem-solving for process-related challenges.
• Monitor and oversee Kanban boards to track progress and dependencies across IT and business teams.
• Track supplier readiness and Ariba onboarding; respond to external supplier communications to keep them informed and prepared.
• Program Coordination & Logistics
• Manage FTP/PTP team logistics, including travel calendars, workshop scheduling, room coordination, note-taking, and action tracking.
• Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment across workstreams and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for testing cycles, workshops, and training events.
• Attend key program calls (e.g., RAID reviews, cutover planning, PLM sessions) and bring back clear updates to the FTP/PTP teams.
• Track, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely updates to FTP and PTP leadership.
• Build professional presentations and communications (e.g., PPT decks for FTP/PTP workstreams to share with deployment group/end user partners, ALT, etc.).
