Job Summary
In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining our customer service applications. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly, efficiently, and accurately. You will be handling calls and customer contacts within established guidelines, making every interaction count and contributing to the overall success of our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service that makes a difference, exceeding customer expectations and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
 - Maintain high call productivity and quality scores, consistently meeting or exceeding minimum standards.
 - Acquire, demonstrate, and utilize knowledge of retail, online banking, mortgage, and business product expertise to effectively support our customers.
 - Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
 - Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills, ensuring that customer needs are understood and addressed effectively.
 - Ensure that our customers receive an exceptional level of service, meeting established guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
 - Handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
 - Demonstrate abilities to cross-sell financial services and products, identifying opportunities to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
 - Adhere to and comply with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
 - Adhere to blithequark policies and procedures, completing required training and identifying and reporting suspicious activity as needed.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in a customer-facing environment. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience. You should also possess:
- Computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on verbal communication and active listening.
 - Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and other digital channels.
 
Preferred Qualifications
