Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling sales orders, managing standing orders, and processing exceptions. You will work closely with our sales team to provide support and ensure seamless communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Keys in sales orders daily with a high degree of accuracy, aiming for no more than 2 errors per month
 - Sets up new clients as needed, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and excellent customer experience
 - Handles exception calls and processes exceptions into the Case module as required, providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues
 - Provides support for sales reps as needed, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment
 - Sets up and maintains standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
 - Processes freight claims, disputes, and pursues payment from carriers, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to customers
 - Creates credit memos, files freight claims, issues call tags, and follows defective product procedures, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our processes and policies
 - Reships items as required, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery to customers

 - Attends all scheduled meetings, missing no more than 10% annually, and participates actively in team discussions and activities
 - Clocks in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month, demonstrating responsibility and accountability

 - Follows all OSHA and other safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
