Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and Client Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities

  • Organize anomaly and complaint reports as required

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Foreign language skills are desirable but not required
